HOME TASKS / CHALLENGES

WHAT IS THIS?

I have created a HOME TASKS / CHALLENGES for each level of player to help improve the athletic abilities for faster improvement of Tennis, and other sports.

​

Everything always takes time, so now is the best time to start.

Exercises will vary around things like hopping, skipping, balancing, hand-eye coordination, tapping the ball on your racket or wall, etc.

​

REQUIREMENTS FOR SOME TASKS: FOR PLAY AT HOME, A RACKET AND A FOAM BALL WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THE YOUNGER PLAYERS. 

PRICE: Rackets are $50 for most juniors, and the Foam Ball is $10 per ball, or $25 for a pack of 3.

JUNIOR BEGINNERS

Players who are younger, but are keen to improve with some fun activities.
AIM to complete 2-3 of the tasks 1 to 2 times per week

INTERMEDIATE / ELITE

Players who are older and more generally athletic, but are keen to improve some core skills to help their tennis development speed.
AIM to complete 3-4 of the tasks 2 to 3 times per week

HIGH PERFORMANCE / ADVANCED

High level players or older kids who need to knuckle down their skills when playing interclub or tournaments.

Players should be completing ALL the tasks per week (5 minimum) 2 to 3 times per week.
